Your young players will sound like pros when they play this great swing standard! It's for beginning jazzers with an AABA form, a very easy melody, and a simple bridge. This one has basic rhythm swing figures, a nice ensemble shout chorus, and no individual solos. The ranges are very accessible and the rhythm section parts are well notated. Sounding more difficult than it is, this "in the groove" swinger is a terrific chart for young jazz bands. Playable with optional expanded or reduced instrumentations. Highly recommended!
