This arrangement of the hymn tune LYONS is actually an extended fanfare for brass and organ. This jubilant piece begins with a rhythmic flourish, then transitions to a contrasting bridge section. Another fanfare motive leads a final majestic statement of the tune. Instrumental parts included are trumpet 1 and 2 (in Bb and C), trombone 1 and 2, french horn part (as substitute for trombone 1) and a tuba part is also included, giving you the option to play this arrangement as a brass quartet or quintet.
