Publisher Desc. This is a nice little piece in a modern yet very accessible style.  It is mostly melodic in the clarinet part with a few 16th note passages here and there.  This is a good contest piece or 20th century selection for a recital.  The piano part is not technical but does contain some non-traditional chord combinations requiring a little extra practice than would be the case with an accompaniment having traditional harmony.  The players should find the music quite fun to learn and perform!
