A classic Advent text from the 9th century is given a new melody with a gently flowing piano accompaniment in this lovely anthem from Hal Hopson. The undulating rhythm is broken mid-piece by a more chordal harmonic movement that reflects the reverence and magnitude of the text. "At your great name, O Jesus, now all knees must bend, all hearts must bow."
