Kirkland Overture

This big, bright overture is a worthy challenge for the very best concert bands. Musically descriptive, the composer was inspired to write this work during his morning commute, complete with lots of jerky stops and starts. In addition, snow-covered mountains infuses the work with a breathtaking quality for what could easily be the highlight of a musical season!
