Recorded in 1984 by the German rock group Scorpions, this classic hard rock hit remains popular in today's culture thanks to sporting events, video games, TV and film. The features include a "shredding" introduction leading to a full ensemble statement and short written solos for alto sax, trombone and trumpet. This version for jazz band is easy to learn, yet remains true to the original and will sound great with young players. It's also playable with optional reduced or expanded instrumentations.
