The Tubano is a Remo invention - they are the preferred choice for drumming programs where students range in age from 5 to 85. They are very light and easy to store and maintain. The Acousticon shell produces the same tonal characteristic found on traditional wood shell drums, with excellent projection and enhanced low-pitched fundamentals. All Tubanos have a high-density molded rubber base that elevates the drum, allowing the bass tones to project.
