Brought to the Water

A modern hymn concertato, with text by Lisa M. Clark, for unison/congregation, piano, flute, and oboe with optional guitar and bass. A flowing accompaniment with instruments weaving in and out complement a text that proclaims the life of a baptized child of God. Use this at baptisms, and when the theme is sanctification and mission. This piece can be sung by children but will also be effective with women's or men's voices.
