Agnus Dei

This lovely original pairs a simple setting of the traditional Latin text with a countermelody in the accompaniment of Bach's Air on the G String. The Air appears first in the piano introduction, then in the optional descant for either voices or flute. Short and very sweet, it will give your beginning singers an opportunity to sing  beautifully crafted sustained phrases that fit perfectly with Bach's masterpiece. Highly recommended!
