Stephen Foster Legacy

Stephen Foster is said to be the father of American music, and he left the music world with a legacy of over 200 songs. The arranger has taken two of Foster's most famous examples to weave a slow, then fast, two-song tribute. After a brief introduction we hear the charming Jeanie with the Light Brown Hair, which transitions into the energetic Camptown Races, presented in a variety of styles.
