Slim Chickens

Here's Kris Berg's chicken chart for 2019! Slim Chickens is a melodic funk chart over a nice progression and it's accessible for developing groups with the lead trumpet range going to written G top staff. There are written suggested solos for tenor sax 1 and trombone 1 with very cool backgrounds supporting the soloists. It cooks at around 148 bpm with some nice bari sax licks, a sax soli, and full-sounding ensemble sections. Nothing slim here, it's a great chart, and it's highly recommended!
