On a Starry Night

Inspired by the iconic The Starry Night by famed Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh, this work evokes the calmness and serenity of that starry nightscape. The expressive writing goes on to capture the grandeur of the painting's swirling sky and dramatic moon while providing a sense of abiding warmth, peace, and hope. A great opportunity for cross-curricular teaching.
