Punta Sardina

This intriguing samba was inspired by time spent on the island of Gran Canaria off the coast of Africa. With melodic segments moving throughout the ensemble, the whole band will get a workout. There is solo space for tenor saxophone and trumpet that may be opened up. An excellent selection to contrast a swing chart at a concert or festival.
