Groanin'

Featuring your underexposed baritone saxophone player, Groanin' owes a lot to Bobby Timmons' Moanin' in its call-and-response melody. It's got energy with a driving, rocky groove. The band has lots to play, pumping out the intro, bridge, and plenty of backings. This is an entertaining and celebratory chart that will please band and audience alike.
