Song of Enchantment

Here is an adaptation of the middle movement from the composer's wind band work "Winds of Enchantment." Scored for flexible ensemble, it is playable by any SSATB combination of woodwind, brass, and string players with optional percussion. This arrangement incorporates new musical treatments of the movement while maintaining much of the original material, with lyrical moving lines and colorful consorts. Solos follow with an expressive drive to a climax with the full ensemble.
