Arranger Scott Ragsdale nailed this swing chart styled after the Michael Buble version! It's set at about 148 bpm in a swing style, in the key of B-flat modulating to C, with a vocal range from F below middle C to 3rd space C, treble clef. The lead trumpet range is to written A above the staff and there are optional solo instrumental parts for B-flat, E-flat and bass clef instruments in lieu of the vocal. This is an excellent chart on a great Gershwin standard!
