Set in the style of an African folk song, this original is based on the Swahili words for peace, love and unity: "Amani, upendo, umoja."  You can use this versatile piece all year, from December concerts and Kwanzaa celebrations to general concerts.  An optional descant adds to the fun, and you can improvise percussion parts to enhance the feeling of African culture.
