Based on developmental movement patterns, these warm-ups are first and foremost a tool for improving or maintaining a healthy, functioning brain and body. The CD consists of 14 tracks for ages 2 to adult. Features are: 5-minute voice prompted version; 5 additional instrumental-only tracks for all ages; hip-hop version; 2 tracks for resting or mirroring activities; 5 tracks for ages 2-7 including original and traditional songs and rhymes, and a haunted house.
