Composed for handbells and organ, this marvelous composition exhibits characteristics of true Baroque style, with elaborate counterpoint and polyphonic texture galore. Small sections of martellato lifts are used for contrast in the middle, and both handbells and organ get featured sections to show off their skills! This title is challenging with many sixteenth-note patterns, but the results will be worth it. An excellent choice as the featured number on any concert program!
