This delightful solo is a simple melody with a little accompaniment and cute words. The hands remain in one position. This solo could be a dessert piece for the young student. Even though the solo is easy, it gives the teacher many opportunities to teach skills, such as melody and accompaniment, staccato and legato, two-note slurs, pick-up notes, and accidentals.
