Harold Bauer is generally considered one of the great pianists of the 20th century.  He was a close friend of the Honeywell family (the thermostat company) and composed this waltz for Mrs. Honeywell (a Juilliard trained pianist) and himself to play, based on a tune by Mr. Honeywell.
