With a fast and powerful sound, this concert selection for young bands portrays the grandeur and flight of this winged horse, lending itself to some cross-curricular possibilities as well.  Good dynamic contrasts and articulations add interest and excitement throughout the piece and the few easy accidentals add some color to a big bold ending.  Nice!
