Pour Le Piano
Played by both virtuosos and students of the piano, Debussy's Pour le piano is a beautiful staple of the piano repertoire. This Urtext edition offers an informative introduction offering technical tips on pedalling, tempo and phrasing as well as historical background on the piece. A facsimile of Toccata, measures 214-217, is included. There is also a preface in German, English and French. Edited by Regina Back and fingering by Frederik Palme. Contents are: Prelude; Sarabande; Toccata and an earlier version of Sarabande, composed in 1894.
