Slavonic Dance Suite No. 1

Slavonic Dance Suite No.1 begins and ends with dances from Opus 46, numbers 8 and 6. In between are highlights of dances numbered 14,13 and 12 from Op.72. Offered in their original keys with contrasting tempos and styles, the dances lend themselves well to the tonal colors of flute, piccolo and clarinet for a special musical treat on any concert program!
