CBDA High School Honor Band Solo List "A" for 2010 Convention

ALL AUDITIONEES MUST BEGIN BY PLAYING THE C.B.D.A. SCALE SHEET. Go to www.cbda.org for printable versions of all scales.

NOTE: Each school is allowed to submit 10 student names. Two additional students can be submitted only if they are chosen from the following instrument group: Piccolo, Eb Soprano Clarinet, English Horn, Alto Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Contra Alto Clarinet, Contra Bass Clarinet, Euphonium, Tuba, String Bass, Piano, and Harp.

All Piccolo, Eb Soprano Clarinet, and English Horn players must also audition on their major instrument: Flute, Bb Clarinet, and Oboe, respectively. A second set of scales is not required on the second instrument tape. Do not play any repeats on any of the following excerpts.
