Shipping Information
Standard Delivery
Most titles are shipped from our Branch locations to arrive within five business days of receipt of your order. Items on backorder with the publisher may take up to an additional 10-15 business days (publisher dependent), and items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment.
At our discretion, your order may ship via one of the following carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL. USPS is the only option for shipment to a Post Office Box. Please take care that you provide a street address for premium shipping upgrades.
Only one shipping charge and handling charge per order!
Use the table below to decide which method suits your needs. You only pay one shipping charge plus a $1 handling charge per order, regardless of how many shipments or packages are needed to complete your order. (Handling charge does not apply to orders that qualify for free shipping.)

Express Delivery
Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipments are guaranteed for delivery in 1 or 2 business days, respectively, from the time they ship from the warehouse until they reach their destination.
Every attempt is made to ship all orders the day they are received. Ultimately, shipping carrier pick-up schedules determine the processing cut-off time. Generally, all orders received within a particular warehouse location by 3pm local time will go out the same day (Monday-Friday only).
Caution! Time Critical Orders:
Should it be necessary that you receive your order the Next Day, or within 2 Days, please place your order via our toll-free music line: 1-800-345-6296 Monday - Saturday 8:00am - 8:30pm (Eastern Standard Time) to speak with a live representative. Doing so will confirm stock availability and shipment departure time.
