Venezuelan composer, arranger and choral conductor. He studied Composition with Prof. Modesta Bor. He graduated from the National Youth Orchestra Conservatory as Choir Director (1987) and got a Bachelor of Music degree in Choral Conduction from the University Institute of Musical Studies, with a Cum Laude distinction (1997).He has performed concerts in Europe, Asia and America. His work as a composer has been awarded in more than 20 opportunities, and he is one of the most performed composers and arrangers of choral music in Venezuela. His work as a conductor and composer is frecuently studied at universities and music institutions locally and worldwide. Santa Barbara Music Publishing, Earthsongs and Gentry Music publish his music in the United States. He is the author of the book Musica Sacra - Guia de textos latinos traducidos al espanol (lulu.com, 2008). He was the conductor [1999-2012] of the Orfeon Universitario of the Central University of Venezuela, which was proclaimed Artistic Heritage of the Nation.
