General Information
How will my card arrive?
All cards are send with an elegant envelope for presentable gift-giving.

Can I send a gift card directly to the recipient(s)?
Yes, you may send a gift card directly to the recipient. To do this, overtype the shipping address with the address of the recipient on the Order Summary screen. If you are ordering multiple gift cards, or have combined a gift card with other product, and wish to send gift card(s) to a different address, please provide us with instruction via the comments box on the Order Summary screen.

How can I check the balance on my Pepper® gift card?
You can check the unused balance on a Pepper® gift card online at www.jwpepper.com/sheet-music/services-gift-cards.jsp, or by calling the toll-free music line at 1-800-345-6296.

What happens if the gift card is lost, damaged or stolen?
Proof of purchase is required to cancel or replace lost or stolen cards. Only positive account balances may be replaced. A new card will be issued in the amount on the card at the time of the claim.
Record your gift card number and PIN in a safe place in case a replacement card is necessary.

Do gift cards expire?
No, gift cards have no expiration date. They may be used until their entire balance has been depleted.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Purchasing a Gift Card

Gift cards are available in denominations of $15, $25, $50, or $100 and may be billed to a credit card or your organization's in-house Pepper® account. Purchases may be made online or via our toll-free music line.

Is there tax or a delivery fee?
There is no tax charged for a gift card purchase. All gift cards are sent via ground delivery free of charge. See below for expedited delivery information.
Gift cards are sent via UPS or FedEx and cannot be sent to a Post Office Box.

Expedited Delivery
You may expedite your gift card order by requesting 2nd Day or Next Day Air service. Fees for this are based on the lowest fee on the Shipping Table for the selected service.

My gift card has not yet arrived. How can I track my order?
Click the Order Tracking link, log in and select the shipping address of the gift card order.

It is highly recommended that you record your gift card number and PIN in a safe place in case a loss, damage or theft, and a replacement card is needed.

Gift Card redemption

Where can I redeem Pepper® gift cards?
Pepper® gift cards are redeemable online at jwpepper.com, via toll-free music line 1-800-345-6296, or in any of our reference center locations.
Only one gift card may be used per online transaction.

What should I do if the gift card I purchase does not work when trying to redeem it?
Although this may be rare, a gift card activation failure may occur prior to being distributed. If this should happen, please phone us immediately at 1-800-345-6296 and a service representative can assist you. We can research if the card has been properly activated. If it has not, we can take care of this for you over the phone, or provide you with instruction for self activation.

What happens if my order total is greater or less than the balance on my gift card?
If your order total is greater than the value of your gift card, a credit card is required to process your order. If you require the overage amount to be billed to your 30-day in-house account, please call our toll-free music line at 1-800-345-6296.
If your order total is less than the value of your gift card, the unused amount will remain on your gift card for future use. Gift cards do not expire, and no service fees are deducted.

My order total exceeds the value on my gift card, and I need the overage to be billed to my account. What should I do?
If your order total is greater than the value of your gift card, and you require the overage amount to be billed to your 30-day in-house account, please call our toll-free music line at 1-800-345-6296 and a Service Representative will assist you.

Can I apply only a portion of a gift card balance to my order and pay the rest by credit card?
Not at this time. If using a gift card while placing an order, the order total will be deducted from the balance of the gift card, and be applied to the order. If your order total is greater than the value of your gift card, a credit card is required to process your order.
If your order total is less than the value of your gift card, the unused amount will remain on your gift card for future use. Gift cards do not expire, and no service fees are deducted.
