?We wanted to create a community for our customers,? says Jen Tolnay, Social Media Supervisor for J.W. Pepper; ?a place to collect news stories that are of interest to musicians, as well as a place for our members to contribute content and exchange ideas. Our hope is that Cued In will become a vibrant society where music professionals can gather online for education, entertainment and support.
Currently, the site is being beta tested by a number of users previously unfamiliar with the site. After using the site, these users are asked to fill out a survey about their user experience. These responses will then be used to perfect the site as part of a continuing endeavor to improve the user experience.
