J.W. Pepper Names Michigan Marketing Manager
-Mandy Kubik assumes new role in Grand Rapids store

Date: 12/15/2008

Mandy Kubik, former Sales Supervisor of J. W. Pepper's Grand Rapids store  acquired new responsibilities as of December 15, 2008 as J.W. Pepper's Regional Marketing Manager.  Kubik moved into the position formerly held by Kyle Badgero.  Badgero has taken the job of managing Pepper's new Atlanta distribution center, slated to open in May 2009.

Ms. Kubik has several years of experience serving in the sheet music industry.  After attending Adams State College as a voice major and earning a certification in Recording Engineering/Production from the Recording Institute of Detroit, she started her career as an employee of Malecki Music.  She was promoted to assistant manager, and then manager of their choral department.  When Malecki was acquired by Pepper in 2004, Ms. Kubik assumed the title of Sales Supervisor and worked closely with store manager Badgero to coordinate the many workshops, conventions and local events that Pepper supports, such as Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association (MSBOA).

Among the many music related activities the Grand Rapids location currently engages in, the market territory for the store is expanding to include responsibility for all Michigan, Canadian and international accounts.
