This new position will be a return to her sales and marketing roots. She looks forward to meeting fellow musicians, directors and educators at various conventions, state Music Educators Association conferences, reading sessions, and in our Paoli regional marketing center.    

Collins spent five years at Michigan State University studying trumpet, music education, and arts administration, Denise worked in business for 10 years before deciding to teach music.  For the next 9 years, she taught general music, band and choir mostly at the elementary level although her first and last year included middle and high school levels as well.  She began working for J.W. Pepper Fall of 2002 in the Chicago location. She worked as Operations Manager, with an emphasis in sales and marketing, until Fall of 2007 when she moved to the corporate office to take on the position of Manager, Accounts Receivable.
