Big things are happening here at J.W. Pepper, and when we say big, we mean BIG!  In spring of 2009 we're opening two new supersized music warehouses--totaling more than 100,000 square feet.  That's over two football fields of warehouse space dedicated to stocking the music you need!  You know Pepper has the world's largest inventory of sheet music, and now we're consolidating our distribution to ensure you get the music you need, when you need it.

Service

The folks here at Pepper are excited about what this means to you.  Right now shelves are being set up, music is being filed, and systems are ramping up to meet our goal:  to ship all your music in one box the same day you order it.  For years we've shipped music from up to 15 different warehouse locations.   By consolidating shipments in our distribution centers there will be more music ready to ship to you today, from one location.  This means fewer shipments to you, processed even faster, and with less billing paperwork.

Stores

Pepper will continue to serve customers through our fourteen stores, each providing a phenomenal sheet music store experience.  The only store consolidation planned is in Michigan, where our Detroit store customers will be served by our Grand Rapids location.  Locations include: Paoli, PA; Bismarck, ND; Carol Stream, IL; Fort Worth, TX;  Indianapolis, IN; Lenexa, KS; Hopkins, MN; Murray, UT; Dublin, CA; Winston-Salem, NC; Santa Fe Springs, CA and Tacoma, WA.   Our stores in Lithia Springs, GA and Grand Rapids, MI are moving to new locations this spring as well, so if you are planning a visit, be sure to check our website for current store hours and directions before planning your trip.
