Cafe Caliente is an accessible and fiery samba at a medium tempo featuring alto sax and trumpet on the melody, with plenty of room to stretch out and solo. The intensity never lets up and it simply cooks all the way through with every section of the ensemble getting a turn at the melody. There's an optional conga drum part to lend authenticity to this fun chart. Nice, exciting and chocked full of energy! Highly recommended!
