Mustang Sally is a terrific pop/rock classic for young jazz ensembles that really works! This nice little chart by Victor Lopez features a written solo for alto sax, a trumpet 1 range to written E top space and you can even expand your band if needed with the included optional parts for flute, clarinet and vibraphone. Also playable with optional reduced instrumentation, the tempo is set at about 126 BPM. Ride on, Sally, ride on! Highly recommended!
