A showcase for string orchestra, this work uses the fantasia format to fully explore the symphonic possibilities of the Alleluia Hymn, also known as All Creatures of Our God and King. The subtle meter changes and strong melodies require a wide range of developmental techniques. The power and grandeur of this magnificent hymn make this an excellent addition to any program.
