The piece is written for 8 to 13 players and includes 5 mallet percussion parts. The piece is a great exercise in ensemble playing for younger groups as the mallet parts share the melody and each part is of equal importance while the other percussion parts work together to provide a strong, steady rhythm. For more experienced groups, this piece provides a great addition to any concert and may not require as much rehearsal time as more difficult pieces.
