These folksongs date back hundreds of years and this setting preserves the bright, upbeat spirit of the original melodies. Three movements represent a different folk tune: Movement 1 County Song (Iyahong); Movement 2 The Forest Nymph and Woodcutter (Kyehwa) and Movement 3 Celebration on Halla Mountain (Nuhyoung Nahyoung).
