"Rocky Mountain Majesty" is an original piece for Concert Level Full Orchestra. Commissioned for the centennial celebration of Rocky Mountain National Park (CO) which was dedicated Sept. 4, 1915, this piece celebrates the magnificent beauty of a national treasure! The piece is a tone poem in one movement and is divided into 5 sections, each highlighting a particular element of the park. Especially moving is the section entitled "Mountain Grandeur," which celebrates the spectacular Rocky Mountains.
