This musical tells the tale of Abel, "just a little dude," and Persia's Traveling Band, who are out on "their biggest tour yet!" Along the way, they run into the three Wise Men. With the allure of great adventure and the possibility of playing for a royal audience, the group decides to join forces with the Wise Men and make the journey to Bethlehem. During this fantastic journey, Abel unveils his passion for playing the drums. While the band does not take his playing seriously, the Wise Men notice his talent, and one of them suggests that perhaps he might even get to play his drum for the King. Will Abel get his wish?
