Sea's Calling was composed in the summer of 2012 as a commission for the Denver School of the Arts Orchestra (DSAO) to perform at the 2013 Colorado Music Educator's Association Conference. Set in energetic 6/8 time at Allegro con fouco, it depicts the sea's exciting and exhilarating nature as it beckons all to it.
