Publisher Desc.  This fun bossa- nova type piece is in G major with the middle section in C before returning to the main theme. It is scored for 4 C flutes Alto and Bass Flute. It is light and airy and I wanted to make it happy go- lucky piece! I have tried to arrange the piece so different level and abilities can take part this piece. Flutes 1 and 2 have the most work -(the highest note top G a couple of times) The challenge for some players, is the continued syncopation which is a vital part of a Bossa-Nova style- so although pitch wise may not be demanding, the rhythmic elements should be interesting. I wanted to write something that would be a little different to add to the repertoire. The piece has been set to intermediate/medium level, but the you tube link has the full score for you to assess suitability. It is around 3 minutes 45 secs in length. Very suitable for recitals, concerts, contests or just fun!
