Duos and Trios for Solo Organ

The musical counterpoint possible in two and three-voice compositions makes them a natural fit for the organ, and such works have been a part of the instrument's repertoire since the very beginning. These seven free duos, eight free trios, and seven trios on familiar hymns to comprise this useful collection. The pieces are all short- most are less than two minutes and thus can serve, individually or in groups, as fitting music anywhere in a service. Additionally, they will work well as teaching pieces at the early intermediate or intermediate level.
