This lively traditional French carol welcomes Jesus' birth with instruments and voices, with an arrangement that hints at the sound of the fife and the drum, and provides a not-too-challenging tongue-twister in the refrain!
It may be sung by a three-part SABar choir, but as there are occasional optional divisions in the baritone part, it may also be sung by an SATB choir. The piano accompaniment can be adapted for organ if required.
