This lively traditional French carol welcomes Jesus' birth with instruments and voices, with an arrangement that hints at the sound of the fife and the drum, and provides a not-too-challenging tongue-twister in the refrain! It may be sung by a three-part SABar choir, but as there are occasional optional divisions in the baritone part, it may also be sung by an SATB choir.
