The Lamb

From the VOCES8 Foundation Choral Series, both solo and choral parts in this setting of the William Blake poem are reasonably simple with occasional harmonic twists. Cyclical and meditative, it is a manageable amount to learn but requires great care in tuning and balance to bring out the childlike simplicity of the poem. It's a beautiful selection appropriate for performance at any time of year.
