Set in trademark Mallory style, the piece opens with a cheerful rhythmic motif and alternating 6/8 and 3/4 meters that turn the staid hymn tune AURELIA into more of a dance. A slower and more majestic chime verse (optional 3 octaves) leads back to the opening energy. Optional flute adds lilting contrast. This arrangement has everything ringers could ask for and will enliven any worship or festival setting.
