Pax

Pax ("Peace") is the second movement from the larger work "Dona nobis pacem." Abraham Lincoln's words call us to strive for peace, beginning with stately dignity and building to a triumphant "Amen." Effective with piano or organ, it is also available in two orchestral versions. The opening movement, Lux ("Light"), is available separately. It is ideal for worship services and concert performances.
