Veni, Veni, Emmanuel

This centuries-old hymn finds new life in this challenging combined band and choir arrangement that will put an exclamation mark at the end of any holiday concert. Driving rhythms intermix with smooth counterlines while the singers use both the original Latin and English translations. All of this happens as the piece takes the familiar melody and sets it in groups of 7/8 and 2/4 meters - challenging, but still approachable. Also available for SATB choir with piano reduction.
