From the fanfare-like opening to the driving main theme, then to the "slow motion" middle section and back again,  this dramatic piece is rhythmically and harmonically striking. Rewarding and fresh-sounding, it is a composition that will leave a lasting impression on players and listeners alike. Highly recommended!
