3 Aires for Flute* and Piano

This set of pieces is for advanced beginners and intermediate players. Originally written for Flute, it is also playable by Violin and perhaps Oboe (some breathing and register changes might be necessary for Oboe). The themes are simple, melodic, and diatonic. They are useful for developing breath control, vibrato, and lyric phrasing. They are quite at home in a studio recital setting and have also been used as Offertories in Church services.
