The sweeping, melodic lines of this beloved hymn are powerfully introduced by a dynamic brass fanfare.  The melody is passed throughout the choir while contrapuntal accompaniment lines continue to glide toward a climactic finale, which reprises the opening fanfare.  Designed for the intermediate group.  Instrumentation:  3 trumpets, French horn, 2 trombones and tuba.
